Do I need to be home for the inspection?+

Not always. If we can safely access the exterior, we can document the condition and follow up with what we found.

How long does a written estimate take?+

Most written estimates are ready within one to two business days after the inspection. Larger projects and insurance scopes may take longer.

Do you help with insurance claims?+

We document visible damage, prepare a contractor repair scope, attend inspections when scheduled, and answer questions about our estimate. The carrier handles coverage, and we do not act as a public adjuster.
